The price of the stay includes: use of hot and cold water, airco, electricity, bed and bath linen, final cleaning and vat. The rate does not include the stay tax: 2 Euros per person per night for a maximum of 4 nights (except for children below 12 years old).
Check-in can be done inbetween 16 and 19.30, after this time a self check-in is required through a whatsapp video we will send all indication to reach the accommodation reserved heck-out must be done at 10am.
The number of guests in all accommodtions can’t exceed what is indicated in the booking form and what was agreed at the time of booking, and most important cannot exceed number of beds indicated in the description.
The clients whom, for any reason, have to leave before their set departure date cannot be refunded for the leftover days rented.
Clients have to leave the kitchen of the apartment clean and take away the garbage at the end of the stay, on the contrary an amount of 25.00 euro will be charged.
A deposit of 350 euro (cash) will be asked on arrival. It will be returned, on the departure day after checking the accommodation.
