Country Chic Farmhouse

For a holiday in complete freedom and for who likes absolute privacy, the 11 apartments of Tenuta Lupinari are the ideal solution, thanks to the wide spaces (from 80 to 250 square meters), the refined decorations with the soft colors and the antique furnitures that set the mood between classical antiquity and ease.

Each apartment is provided with air conditioning in the bedrooms, independent heating system, kitchen or cooking corner, LCD Tv 26” in the apartments for 2 people and tv 32” in the apartments for 4-6 people.

GRANAIO

For 2 people, the apartment is on 2 floors (80 mq). On the ground floor there is a large arched door that takes you from the private terrace to a very spacious living/dining room with fireplace, LCD 26” satellite TV, well equipped cooking corner with oven, hob and fridge. On the first floor there is a large double bedroom with air conditioning and a bathroom with shower.

FIENILE

For 5 people, the apartment is on 2 floors (160 mq) and has 2 large private terraces.
On the ground floor there is the living room with two arched doors, fireplace and LCD 32” satellite TV.
A large open arch from the living room leads into the dining area, where there is a well equipped kitchen with oven and hob, fridge and dishwasher.
On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms with queen sized bed, 1 single room and 3 bathrooms with shower. All the bedrooms are provided with air conditioning.

BELVEDERE

For 4 people, is a one floor apartment (120 mq). The ground floor is divided in a spacious living room with LCD 32” satellite TV and windows overlooking central stone-paved lane, a dining room, open to the living room and archway to the kitchen (provided with oven, hob and fridge).
The 2 large double bedrooms with queen sized bed have air conditioning and two bathrooms with shower, one private and another outside the bedroom.
One bedroom has double doors opening to another private terrace overlooking the castle.

COTOGNO

For 4 people, is a ground floor apartment (120 mq), recommended for families, with 2 terraces and private garden area.
The Cotogno is composed of a comfortable living room with LCD 32” satellite TV, the dining room and separated well equipped kitchen (with oven, hob and fridge), 1 double bedroom with large walk-in wardrobe/dressing room and French doors to private terrace, 1 twin bedroom with large walk-in wardrobe/dressing room, 1 bathroom with shower.

For 4 people, is a ground floor apartment (120 mq), recommended for families with a private terrace.

The Torre overlooks the Restaurant terrace with an enchanting view over the valley.

LIMONAIA

For 6 people, the apartment is on 2 floors (190 mq) with a big private terrace.
On the ground floor there is a large and bright living room with arched windows in a wonderful position overlooking the castle, a LCD 32” satellite TV, a well equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge and dishwasher, 1 bathroom with shower.
On the first floor there is a small sitting area, 2 double bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom with shower), 1 twin bedroom with bathroom with shower. All the bedrooms are provided with air conditioning.

TERRAZZA

Recommended for groups of 4-6 people, the apartment is on 2 floors (250 mq). On the first floor there is a living room with fireplace, sitting room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a big terrace overlooking the Castle of Lupinari and its vineyards, olive groves and woods.
On the second floor there is a living room with fireplace, 1 bedroom in a mansard, 1 bathroom, 1 sofa bed.
For who needs only 4 beds, the second floor can be closed.
